I didn’t saw it coming. It just happened. One moment, I was chillin’ and the next thing I know…I slipped.

To be honest, before Don’t Wanna Cry was released I was just a casual listener of Seventeen and do so to keep myself updated. I saw their comeback teasers floating around on my timeline but I didn’t gave it much attention since I still have no idea with their members and the could be existing theories connected with their comeback. But I just have it in my mind that I’m going to anticipate for their MV, this time around, and see if their song is going to stick with me.

When they released the highlight medley for their mini album, I made sure to listen to it so that I have an idea on what to expect from them. Quick run through the album, I was impressed by all the snippets…

This was my entry for Seventeen’s #캐식대칩 #CARAT_Cookfest on Weverse.
I remember watching the Vocal Team had their mukbang race here in the Philippines and I can’t forget how Seokmin loved Binagoongan. So here is a modified version, instead of pork, I used seafood, specifically squid. and it was already mixed with rice. I hope they try cooking this recipe so that Seokmin can taste it. 😊 🥰🍀

Ingredients:

1 bulb white onion, minced
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup shrimp paste
1/4 tbsp crab paste
1 cup sliced squid
1/2 cup shredded corn
1/4 cup green peas
1/2 cup cubed carrots
6cups cooked rice
3 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp ground pepper

Instruction:

Heat the frying pan and cooking oil.
Sauté onion and garlic.
Add the shrimp paste then the crab paste.
Mix in the sliced squid, green peas, corn, ground pepper, and carrots until cooked on medium heat.
Pour in the rice then mix it thoroughly with the other ingredients under low heat.
Serve and enjoy!
